Congratulations to Ciaran Mooney, the lucky winner of PADI’s Master Scuba Diver Challenge 2008.
Having qualified as a Master Scuba Diver in November 2008, Ciaran was entered into the Master Scuba Diver Challenge prize draw, and won a 7 day diving holiday for two in Sharm el Sheikh. Ciaran’s prize included flights, transfers and hotel accommodation with Longwood Holidays, and one week's diving for two with The Red Sea College, all paid for by PADI.
Ciaran went diving with The Red Sea College, and says that ‘the resort was excellent and the diving great, with warm clear water’. Ciaran spent the surface intervals ‘lying in the blazing sun on the deck of the boat’, and reported spotting a wide variety of marine life including stonefish, eagle rays, moray eels and even swam alongside a turtle – ‘What a way to spend Christmas!’
The PADI 2009 Master Scuba Diver Challenge winner will soon be arranging their prize of £500 diving courtesy of PADI, and entrants are now being accepted for the 2010 prize draw.
